OUR REFUND POLICY

Our utmost priority is to ensure complete satisfaction for our esteemed art collectors. For this reason, once you have received your item, we extend to you a period of fourteen (14) days to determine whether you wish to retain the product or request a refund.

To initiate a return, kindly utilize the address provided to you through email or phone, as it's not a publicly accessible address. However, certain types of items, as they are produced by third-party entities, may not be eligible for returns. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for items categorized as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any uncertainties or concerns regarding a specific item, we encourage you to contact us for clarification.

DAMAGES AND CONCERNS

Kindly inspect your order promptly upon receipt and reach out to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received an incorrect item. This enables us to assess the situation promptly and take appropriate corrective measures.

FOR TIME-LIMITED PRINTS

Once an order has entered production, any modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. If shipping details were inaccurately provided, we cannot assume responsibility and will not be able to provide replacements or refunds.

However, in cases of order issues such as manufacturing errors or printing defects, we are happy to offer a complimentary replacement order. Please note that returns are not accepted for items on sale or gift cards.

REGARDING ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

You have a window of (3) days to initiate cancellation of shipping and request a refund. Please contact us at your earliest convenience, but no later than 14 days after receiving your item.

EXCHANGES

To expedite the process of securing your desired item, please contact us. Upon acceptance of your exchange request, we recommend placing a separate order for the new item.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will promptly notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Do keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund. Shipping costs will also be included in the refunded amount.

We extend a 14-day window for you to reconsider your purchase and request a refund. However, kindly note that we do not possess a warehouse for storing unwanted items, hence returning them isn't an option. In such cases, we will contact you to request photographic evidence of the damaged artwork and related items. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items on sale or gift cards are not eligible for return.
