  • A/P stands for 'Artist's proof,' signifying a select few initial prints that the artist deems of high quality. Typically, the quantity of A/Ps comprises approximately 10% of the primary edition's size. This subset, referred to as a mini-edition, may or may not be numbered.

  • Every piece of art is accompanied by an exclusive, signed certificate, ensuring the safeguarding of its limited edition status.

  • The shipping method depends on the size of the art prints. Smaller prints are carefully packaged in a rigid envelope due to their thicker paper. Our main concern is ensuring your product arrives in excellent condition, which is why we opt to send them flat. Large art prints are shipped rolled within a tube. In both scenarios, we take care to protect them with onion paper.

    In the case of Metal Print and wooden pieces, they will be shipped flat, protected by bubble wrap in a box.

  • Certainly! If you'd like, your art print can be professionally framed for an extra fee, which can be conveniently paid through PayPal. To initiate the framing process, feel free to reach out to us at info@merchemorianaph.com. You're welcome to indicate your preferred frame type, or if you'd prefer, we're more than happy to provide recommendations.

    For orders with framing, your artwork will be carefully packaged in a protective box, cushioned with bubble wrap for secure shipping.

  • Under typical circumstances, you can expect to receive the package within a maximum of two weeks. However, please note that exceptional situations such as weather-related delays or issues related to the current state of the Coronavirus pandemic could potentially extend this timeframe.

  • IIf your order hasn't been delivered within 2 weeks, please reach out to us at info@merchemorianaph.com. We'll investigate the issue and work to resolve it.

    If the problem persists after a month, we'll provide a full refund for your purchase.

  • Certainly, you have the option to place orders from any location across the globe. In the event that circumstances beyond our influence prevent the shipping company from delivering to your specific city, we will make every effort to identify an alternative solution. If such an option is not feasible, we will initiate a complete refund of the payment amount.

  • Regrettably, we lack control over customs fees, making it uncertain what might occur upon placing an order. While this is a possibility, it's beyond our sphere of responsibility, preventing us from taking on that charge.

Following this, we will request an additional photograph depicting the art print broken in half. This precaution is necessary due to the limited edition nature of our signed and numbered artworks, ensuring there are no duplicate copies. Once we receive the photograph, we will promptly send you a replacement with the same numbering, prioritizing swift delivery and without any extra charges.
