“My breathing accelerates, catastrophic thoughts come to my mind, my eyes fill with tears and I can't stop crying. Fear, anxiety, my mind racing and I can't stop it. Emotions run high. Crying. Relief... Calm.”

With this self-portrait I represent those moments when sadness comes over me and I can't control the thoughts in my head. Normally they are moments of crying myself out and then I feel calm afterwards. Since the pandemic situation I have noticed that these ups and downs have become more pronounced. Beyond the virus, I think it is important to give visibility to the mental health problems that society is going through.

At this moment the work is in Italy, so it will be sent by the artist from this country. The artwork is unmounted and unframed. Once it arrives, you have the freedom to have it framed and displayed according to your preferences.

If you are residing beyond the European Union, it's important to note that your country's prevailing tax and VAT rates will be applicable upon receipt of the artwork. Normally, the process of preparing your artwork for shipment is completed within 2 to 7 business days. Transportation of the artwork is facilitated by the fastest carrier available. Lead times for the entire shipping and delivery process typically range from 7 to 15 days.

Please note that for artworks shipped from Italy these deadlines may be modified due to the application for "Autocertificazione per l'uscita di opere d'Arte Contemporanea" at the Ministero della Cultura.
